America Takes Back Constitution June 30

By admin | June 26, 2008

Constitutional Fireworks Ignite Monday

Plan to Restore Constitutional Order Begins: “No Redress, NO TAXES.”

Every Member of Congress, the President and
U.S. Attorney General to be served a legal “Demand & Notice”
for Redress of Constitutional Violations

June 30, 2008 may be remembered in history as the day Americans began, in earnest, the moral and solemn process of holding their (servant) Government accountable to the Constitution — under threat of withdrawal of allegiance, support and tax money.

Next Monday, approximately 1200 American citizens will begin the process of exercising the profound, but little-known, unalienable “Right of Redress.” These individuals will serve a legal “Notice and Demand” for Redress upon every Member of Congress at their local district offices.

“Most People do not know that this natural Right, first articulated 800 years ago in Section 61 Magna Carta of 1215, is also embodied and protected by the Petition clause of the First Amendment,” said Bob Schulz, Chairman of the We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education. “And the Government does not want the People to know about it.”

Recent academic research has established that the Right to Petition for Redress is NOT a redundant statement of the Right of Speech. It is in fact, the individual and peaceful exercise of the cornerstone principle of Popular Sovereignty. In 1774, here is what the Founders unanimously adopted while sitting as the First Congress in Philadelphia:

“If money is wanted by Rulers
who have in any manner oppressed the People,
they may retain it until their grievances are redressed,
and thus peaceably procure relief, without trusting to despised
petitions or disturbing the public tranquility.”

Journals of the Continental Congress, 1:105-113

Demanding an official response within forty (40) days, the Notice includes seven (7) Petitions for Redress of Grievances regarding substantial violations of our Constitution including the war, money, privacy, arms and tax clauses. Illegal immigration and the NAU are also Petition subjects.

If Liberty and Constitutional Order are to survive in peace, it is imperative that the People learn about and exercise the unalienable Right of Redress. For details about the Plan to Restore Constitutional Order, visit: www.GiveMeLiberty.org/revolution.

PELOSI COMMITS TREASON IN IRAN RULING

By admin | June 20, 2008

Representative Ron Paul says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi removed a section from a bill passed by Congress which would have barred the U.S. from going to war with Iran without a congressional vote, claiming she did so at the behest of the leadership of Israel and AIPAC. We need to add her to the impeachment list, NOW!

Dianne Feinstein’s Answer to Impeachment

By admin | June 20, 2008

Below is a response to an email regarding impeachment that Dianne Feinstein Sent to a
constituent. She needs masses of responses to this to let her know we are angry.

Please use the email included at the top of her letter to tell this so called American Senator what you think of her treasonous attitude toward Impeachment. Time to quit being nice, eh?

UPDATE - It appears that the “good” senator no longer takes emails. But her website is listed at the bottom, so we can still contact her.

Subject: U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein responding to your message

Date: Tue, 17 Jun 2008 13:52:26 -0400

Dear Mr. D’Artagnan:

Thank you for your letter concerning impeachment proceedings against President Bush. I appreciate the time you took to write and welcome the opportunity to respond.

In our recent elections, the American people expressed clear disapproval with the path this country was on. They are tired of partisan politics

and of an Administration that pays little heed to the wishes of the American people. They want-and deserve-a Congress that holds the Administration accountable and fulfills its Constitutional responsibility to check and balance the Executive. I share this sentiment and am determined to work hard and across party lines in the United States Senate to promote issues that are of real concern to most Americans, including the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan, homeland security, global warming, and lobbying and election reform.

At this time, however, I believe that impeachment proceedings against President Bush will only divide the country even further, frustrating our hopes for a meaningful change in direction, while having little chance of success.

I have been deeply disappointed by many of this Administration’s actions and have been outspoken in those instances. Nevertheless, given the challenges our country faces I believe that we need to focus on constructive and cooperative steps that would lead us in the rightdirection.

Again, thank you for your continued correspondence. If you have any further questions or comments, please contact my office in Washington, D.C. at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.

Sincerely yours,

Dianne Feinstein

United States Senator

Further information about my position on issues of concern to California and the Nation are available at my website

http://feinstein.senate.gov/public/

NOTE: — the form on the website works. There is also other contact info there so get busy. We need to contact every legislator who is in dissension on this isssue. They are criminals if they refuse impeachment, and in calling for the prosecution of this regime, we must, as was done after Hitler’s regime, call for the prosecution of every legislator who did not stand with us against this travesty to our country, to our globe.

URGENT: Say No to Senator Bond’s FISA Capitulation

By admin | June 13, 2008

Senator Kit Bond of Missouri is now floating legislation that he calls a “compromise” on warrantless wiretapping. Unfortunately, the bill would be a disaster for our civil rights and the rule of law. It gives the President everything he’s demanded, including retroactive immunity for telecom companies that spied on us without the warrants required by the current FISA law.

I just signed a petition calling on my representative to reject Senator Bond’s legislation when it gets to the House. I hope you will too.

Please have a look and take action.
